When you tap a WhatsApp link on this site, we log the button you tapped (for example "footer" or "mobile bar") and nothing else. WhatsApp conversations then happen on WhatsApp, under their own privacy terms.

We do not collect payment details, medical records, or any identity documents through this website.

3. How we use it

We use the information you submit for one purpose only: to respond to you and manage your request - calling you back to confirm appointments, replying to your messages, and improving how quickly our desk responds. Urgent-sounding messages are routed to our phone line instead of being queued online.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. Website submissions are visible only to authorised hospital staff through our internal staff portal. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site. The map on our contact page is embedded from Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when you interact with it.

5. Cookies and sessions

This website uses a single, essential browser session cookie (named BCHSESSID) to keep forms secure while you use the site. It contains no personal identifiers and expires when you close your browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We only collect a child's name and age when a parent or guardian submits an appointment request on their behalf, and we use it solely to prepare for that visit.
